The property is beautiful, clean and the indoor garden is beautiful. I like the washing and dryer machine available for guests use. We got a corner family room which is so nice and comfortable. Overall, we like this hotel. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast is one of the best in the whole trip of all the hotels.

It is a first class hotel in Kanazawa. Room is large, clean, spacious; breakfast is great; and have a large onsen. It also provides shuttle bus to and from the Kanazawa station.

Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel itself is lovely, but the staff create such a nice friendly atmosphere. They really made it an exceptional experience. The breakfast was great, even as a vegan couple we had some choices (although quite limited amount).

My husband I loved everything about this hotel and we had an amazing stay at Sainoniwa Hotel! We used the free shuttle service from the Kanazawa station after we arrived and to get around. Hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room was spotlessly clean with tons of little amenities for an extra nice touch. The spa with Onsen was wonderful and the breakfast buffet just incredible. Our stay here was perfect and we wished we had had the time to extend our stay for a few night more.

Breakfast was AMAZING!! Best breakfast I've ever had in Japan. They had everything you could want, and it was delicious. The shuttle service was very nice and convenient. Room was very roomy, beautiful, and accommodated our family of four. The spa baths were lovely and refreshing, everything was just lovely. Very reasonable cost also!

Spacious rooms. Very nice amenities. Public bath was really comfortable as well. Location is a little far from the main city. A shuttle is provided almost every hour. The hostess was beyond accommodative. Breakfast was great as well.

Staff are great, very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel is very accommodating and has a super onsen. Breakfast is super, where else could we get 6 choices of ice cream at breakfast.

I was blown away by pretty much everything about this hotel. Gorgeous design, clean, spacious room, delicious breakfast, lovely onsen, friendly staff. The gardens and the displays of regional crafts are just lovely. Can't recommend it enough.

Tone of the best experiences I had from a hotel. The staff was helpful, generous and caring. Breakfast was great. The public bath was great. We enjoyed it very much.
